THE LIFE AND TIMES OF ROALD AMUNDSEN

On the 14 december 2011, the junior classes performed a play exploring the life of Roald Amundsen, the Norwegian explorer. 100 years ago on the 14 December 1911, he was the first man to reach the South Pole.

In addition to Amundsen, Captain Robert Scott and Alberto Nobile and the other explorers, the play had polar bears, penguins, talking huskies and living North and South Poles!
